s9s9s Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the s9s9s website accessible at s9s9s.org and all associated sub-pages, services, products, and software operated by s9s9s.
• "Member" means any natural person who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose account remains active and in good standing.
• "Account" means the individual member account created by a Member on the Platform, through which the Member accesses all games, services, and financial operations.
• "Balance" means the total funds, comprising real-money deposits and credited bonus amounts (where applicable), held within a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account by s9s9s.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds (or the sum of a deposit and bonus) must be wagered on eligible games before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process s9s9s applies to confirm the identity, age, and legitimacy of Members.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Clause 10 of these Terms.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole operating currency of the Platform.

Access to and use of the s9s9s Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. s9s9s does not permit minors to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is designed for and directed at Indonesian players, and its services are configured accordingly.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by s9s9s or any gaming platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of s9s9s or any of its affiliated companies, suppliers, or game studio partners.

s9s9s reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or residency constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

To access the full range of s9s9s services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number.

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. s9s9s will suspend all duplicate accounts, forfeit all balances across those accounts, and may permanently ban the associated individual from the Platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. s9s9s will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify s9s9s immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and not misleading. s9s9s reserves the right to close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete, and to void any bets or transactions processed on the basis of such information.

s9s9s operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Identity verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal from a Member's Account. s9s9s may also request KYC documents at registration, upon a significant change in account activity, or at any other time it deems appropriate.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (KTP), passport, or Indonesian driving licence (SIM). The document must be valid, legible, and show your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months, displaying your name and current Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits, confirming that it is registered in your name.

s9s9s processes KYC submissions within 24–72 hours during business days. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in account suspension.

All deposits on the s9s9s Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). s9s9s does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which s9s9s accepts no responsibility.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• s9s9s reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if the source cannot be verified.
• Deposits credited to your Account in error must be reported immediately. Knowingly using erroneously credited funds constitutes fraud.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes filed with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action by s9s9s.

Members may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance (excluding locked Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Clause and the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own name and matching the name on the KYC documents on file.
• s9s9s does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any charges imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet are the Member's responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled bank maintenance windows (typically between 23:00–01:00 WIB) may experience delays of up to two hours.
• s9s9s reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts displaying unusual activity patterns.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

s9s9s offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this Clause. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Clause, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each Member is entitled to claim each bonus offer only once, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• Unless specified otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement applied to deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry a standard 20x wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet bonus amounts expire at the end of this period and are removed from the Account without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to the Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%; togel, sportsbook, and certain other game types may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

s9s9s actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk or opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting technical errors or promotions in unintended ways; and colluding with other Members to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where s9s9s determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void any bonuses, void any associated bets or winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of the abuse.

All bets and wagers placed on the s9s9s Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, which are accessible within each game or betting market. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. s9s9s does not accept cancellations or amendments to confirmed bets unless the relevant game rules expressly provide for such a possibility.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay that prevents a game from reaching its natural conclusion, s9s9s will void the affected round and return the wager to the Member's Account. No additional compensation will be paid.
• s9s9s reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous, including as a result of human error, technical error, or data feed failure. Where a voided bet has already been settled, s9s9s will adjust the Account balance accordingly.
• For sportsbook markets, bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, official draw results from the relevant issuing authority are the sole determinant of settlement. s9s9s does not control draw outcomes.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per day. Current limits are published in the Platform's Help Centre. s9s9s reserves the right to reduce or revise these limits at any time.

s9s9s is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of tools that Members can activate from within their account settings at any time, at no cost, and without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on total deposits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at set intervals to remind you of your cumulative play time per session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Suspend your account for a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). The Platform will be inaccessible for the full duration of the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the Platform. s9s9s will close your Account immediately and will not reactivate it. All marketing communications will cease.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s9s9s Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or any other interaction with s9s9s.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Members, whether in live casino games, sports betting, or any other context, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or data feed inaccuracies. Any such exploitation must be reported immediately to s9s9s; failure to report constitutes fraud.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate the transfer or concealment of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving services from the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing s9s9s staff, customer support agents, or other Members in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access or tamper with s9s9s systems, databases, or network infrastructure without authorisation.

All content on the s9s9s Platform — including but not limited to the s9s9s brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of s9s9s or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of s9s9s.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's own licensing terms.

s9s9s collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at s9s9s.org/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

s9s9s will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for the operation of the Platform — for example, with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studios — and only to the extent necessary to deliver the relevant service. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s9s9s excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond s9s9s's reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, internet outages, or third-party service failures).
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or forfeiture of balances as a consequence of Prohibited Conduct.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits s9s9s's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. In any event, s9s9s's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the twelve months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

s9s9s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, s9s9s will notify active Members by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal course subject to KYC verification.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision of these Terms came into effect. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current conditions governing your use of s9s9s.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable gaming and commercial law as applied under the jurisdiction of s9s9s's operating licence.

s9s9s operates under an international gaming licence and complies with internationally recognised standards for player protection, anti-money laundering (AML), responsible gaming, and data security. The Platform is directed at adults in Indonesia who choose to access it of their own volition and in full awareness of the applicable legal context in their jurisdiction.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly between a Member and s9s9s through the complaint process described in Clause 16 shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by s9s9s's registered jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
